EmployIndy's free Wednesdays @ WorkOne hiring events run every week at WorkOne Indy on North Shadeland Avenue, and three of them are on the calendar right now: October 21, October 28 and November 4, each from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

EmployIndy, Marion County's workforce board, posts each week's employer list on its event page. For October 21 it names 14 tables:

One honest note before you plan your morning around a single booth. Not every table is an employer filling a specific opening. C1 is a CDL training school, the military branches are recruiters, and EmployIndy is there to connect you with its own programs. The page does not list positions or pay for any table, so ask each recruiter what they're hiring for, whether it's full time, and what it pays.

📅 October 28 and November 4: Rosters Still to Come

The October 28 and November 4 sessions keep the same hours, address and walk-in format, but EmployIndy hasn't posted their employer lists yet. It usually adds them closer to each date, so check the event page the day before. Employers rotate week to week, which is the real value here: if October 21 isn't your crowd, the next Wednesday may be.

Two other events are worth knowing about. On Friday, Oct. 23, the same building hosts a transportation hiring event for CDL and delivery drivers. And on November 4, a separate job fair at the Wyndham near the airport runs the same day. Different event, different side of town, different employers.
